Notice of Race, 2009.
For the first time the EUROSAF Open and Women's Match Racing European Championships are being held concurrently. From 5th to 9th August, Middelfart Sejlklub, in conjunction with TMC Match Racing Denmark, will host both championships at their base in Middlefart, Denmark.
Subject to review by ISAF, this will be a Grade 2 event.
Registration of competitors and the Opening Ceremony take place on 5th August, with racing starting on Thursday 6th August. Racing continues until Sunday 9th August.
Entries will only be accepted from invited skippers and in accordance with the requirements of EUROSAF, and as indicated in NoR 5(a). If you wish to be invited, or you wish to receive further information about the Qualifying Events when available, please register your request for an invitation as soon as possible with the OA sl@tmc-matchrace.dk and by completing the appropriate form and sending it to Middelfart Sejlklub with a copy to your MNA.
The event will be sailed in DS 37 boats for the Open Championships and Match 28's for the Women Championships.
