Race Officials' Exchange Programme Guidelines

The Race Officials' Exchange Programme Guidelines were approved by the General Assembly in 2009. All countries participating in the scheme should be aware of these guidelines and ensure they work within them.

A major objective of the scheme is to improve the standards and quality of Race Officials throughout Europe, by encouraging them to gain experience of major and international regattas in other countries. This service is available to all EUROSAF members and intended for qualified National Race Officials, as well as qualified ISAF International Race Officials.
