All participants, please fill out and send in the delagate form no later than the 17´th of march. Click here for Word document or here for PDF version.
Following the successful change to the format of the annual meeting in 2009, this year's meeting will follow a similar format, with the seminar topic being Access to Sailing with Europe. The seminar is in the process of being finalised by the Executive Committee and details will be published, along with the meeting programme and agenda, in due course. Any MNA who wishes to contribute to the seminar should contact the Secretary General.
Finally, please note that the deadline for accommodation reservations in Paris, at the event hotel, is Wednesday 10th February. It is desirable that all delegates stay at the same venue, but demand for accommodation in Paris is always high, so, understandably, we could only reserve the rooms for a short period. Please make sure you respond within the timescale.
Elections 2010
There will be an election at the General Assembly to appoint a new President of EUROSAF, Gyorgy Wossala being ineligable for re-election having served a full 6 year term as President. There will also be an election for two Vice-Presidents. Nominations are invited for all vacancies and nomination forms are obtainable from the Secretary General.
